My husband has made dozens of phone calls in the past six weeks. According to Sterling, the problem is a former County we lived in over seven years ago; i.e., a County whose information shouldn’t even be relevant.

I was informed by email that starting this year, the OPM would no longer be mailing the 1099's. You will have to go on line to get them. I tried and mine was there. You could try that. Sign into your account and there is a link to get yours. Hope that helps.
